چکیده

Akumulasi mikroplastik di lingkungan menimbulkan ancaman ekologis dan telah menjadi masalah serius dunia. Plastik terdistribusikan secara global lautan dunia tersebar kolom air, permukaan sepanjang garis pantai pada sedimen. Salah satu strategi untuk menghadapi pencemaran yaitu mencari agen pendegradasi berupa mikroba. Mikroba yang memiliki aktivitas terhadap polimer biasanya dapat diuji mendegradasi plastik. Sumber alami mendapatkan mikroba potensial bisa didapat dari organisme banyak bakteri endosimbion hidup seperti Mangrove. Sehingga perlu kajian mengenai potensi simbion mangrove dalam Uji degradasi polyethylene menggunakan Avicennia marina beberapa isolat biodegradator WB-12, PJ-01 PJ-02 diketahui biodegradasi mineral salt media polyethylene. The accumulation of microplastics in the environment poses an ecological threat and has become a serious problem worldwide. Plastics are distributed globally world's oceans scattered water column, surfaces, along coastlines sediments. One strategy to deal with microplastic pollution is look for degrading agents form microbes. Microbes that have polymer-degrading activity can usually be tested plastic degradation. Natural sources obtain potential microbes obtained from organisms many endosymbiont bacteria live such as mangroves. So it necessary study symbiont plastic.
